What is the appropriate weight for you?

Ways in which the calculated normal-weight which should be maintained, there are several ways to calculate the weight, including:

This method is common to find natural weight, and the following tables refers to the height in meters and the weight to be maintained

Factor of body mass

The use of body mass is a factor common technique in clinics and sports clubs. Factor is the body mass mathematical equation by dividing the weight on the length and square the result to be within the following three results:

- If the ratio is less than 20, that would mean that the current weight is less than normal-weight.
- If the ratio is limited between 20-25, it shows that the weight is normal.
- If the ratio is more than 25, this weight may end up overweight to obesity

The former may be useful ways, but how fat is a weight calculated? May be within the normal weight, but most weight is fat, which constitutes a danger to your health. Therefore devised a new method to waist ratio of doctors to the area of the buttocks. Ratio comparing the most vulnerable region of the abdomen, a wider area between the waist and thigh. It shows the place where the fat is concentrated. People who store fat are either in the form of an apple (and when stored fat in the abdomen), or in the form of need (and when stored fat in the thigh). And more vulnerable to diseases are the people who store fat in the abdomen. Calculates the ratio of waist to the area of the buttocks by dividing the waist circumference at the area around the buttocks. If the result of division greater than 0.8 for women and 1.0 for men, it shows in the form of apple, and this means increasing the risk of disease.
