Cheese Pieces and herbs paper Celery( low-fat meal )


Ingredients

2 cups low-fat white cheese
4 green onions cut rings
mix half a cup (minced basil, minced parsley, chopped coriander)
paper Celery to put cheese in it.

Preparation

Mix a half cup of onions with herbs, then add cheese and mix to the center of a plastic spoon.

Parboil Celery leaf steamed until soften, then introduced to the fridge for an hour so as to facilitate cutting.

Form of cheese in the form of toast, then cut from the outside paper Celery and feet with brown bread and healthy.
