Egg salad

Ingredients

2 eggs, boiled
10 lettuce leaves, the average, from the heart
10 lettuce leaves, red
10 branches
Watercress
2 Almost all tablets
1 tablespoon apple vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Cut lettuce, red lettuce and Watercress to cut it. Radish cut into segments.
Cut eggs lengthwise into 4 or 6 pieces.
Mixed lettuce, Watercress and radish in a container of the Authority. Add salt, vinegar, pepper and mustard and olive oil then add the white pieces on the surface.
