diet Cake
A healthy diet of pasta and baked (cake):
* Amounts:
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoon butter (butter)
1-2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 teaspoon nutmeg
1-2 teaspoon paprika
1-2 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisin
1-2 1 cup water
2 teaspoonful Baking Powder
2 cup of accurate
* Method:
- Mixes sugar and fat (butter), cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika, salt, raisins and water and then bringing the mixture over the fire and left for 5 minutes.
- Raising the vessel over the fire and left to cool.
- Flour mixes with Baking Powder .
- Add the dry mixture to liquid mixture and blend well until the consistency.
- China is in the mix for that.
- Bakes in oven for 20 minutes.
* Nutritional value / amount:
= 197 calories
= 3 grams protein
Total fat = 2 grams
Sodium (salt) = 245 mg
Cholesterol = -----
Carbohydrates = 42 grams
= 1 gram fiber
